FileNotFoundException Could not load file or assembly 'TrafficManager'

Symptom

You get this error in your log file:

FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'TrafficManager'

Cause

This is caused by the Advanced Junction Rule mod, which requires TM:PE to work. If you disable TM:PE, the Advanced Junction Rule mod will report that error.

Solution

If you disable or unsubscribe TM:PE, you must also disable or unsubscribe Advanced Junction Rule.
