Allow Intercity Trains Button not Working

Symptom

• The "Allow Intercity Trains" button on train station info panel is no longer working.

Cause

• Bug in vanilla game since 1.14.1-f2 "Birthday" update.

Solution

Subscribe and enable AllowIntercityTrains mod.

Hopefully CO will publish a game update to fix the bug, but the mod linked above should help in the interim.
